Lefranc became sole partners of that firm and simultaneously cofounded LA
Architects. The main goal was to incorporate into their new practice other related field
of the construction industry while giving continuance to forty seven years of
their dynamic professional practice in the field of architecture planning and interior
design.
In addition to its permanent staff of architects, designers and technicians, the
firm retains the services of consulting engineers for the design and execution of all
projects. For their projects we bring aboard the experience and talent of Enrique-
Blanes, P.E. and EBP Design Group, José Espinal,PE., Jorge Ledón Webster, PE, and
Juan R. Requena & Asociados, Ingenieros CSPP.
The firm has collaborated in joint ventures with Pei, Cobb, Freed & Partners and
the Perkins & Will partnership. Also, LA Architects PSC has collaborated with EDSA
previously in various hospitality, residential, commercial and resort projects.
Our philosophy is simple, we are committed to create highly efficient, well
designed elegant projects that are capable to transcend the “project realm”, within
the established financial goals of our clients.

TRYP Isla Verde Hotel, Wyndham Barceloneta Hotel & Casino, Atlantis, Gallery Plaza
